One of the most vibrant and versatile hosts on screen today, Nicole Dabeau graces televisions across the globe with a refreshing mix of whip-smart wit, breezy charm, and down-home spirit. A correspondent for such prestigious shows as Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, Nicole has covered many of the world’s most-watched events—from the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton to New York Fashion Week to the Sundance Film Festival. Now the fiery host of Fuel TV’s Action Sports +, the Dallas native is also a featured contributor for a strikingly diverse range of networks and websites including G4, E!, Cambio.com, AT&T U-verse, and 3Net, also writing and producing many of her own segments.
After nabbing her first TV-hosting gig at age nine, Nicole soon began serving as a national television spokesperson for companies like JC Penney and Whitman’s Chocolate. A natural in front of the camera, she honed her craft with the help of “Queen of Hosting” Marki Costello and polished her improv technique by training with Carolyn McCormick. With an uncanny knack for livening up the red carpet—thanks largely to her playful humor and the occasional oddball question—Nicole will next carry that charisma onto the big screen with her cameo in the feature film Step Up 4.
Long passionate about world travel, Nicole has taken up residence in Zambia and Zimbabwe and regularly travels back to Africa to engage in volunteer teaching and building projects. Having worked closely with community-supporting organizations like Room to Read and African Impact, she plans to launch her own nonprofit group to benefit African children struggling with extreme poverty
